This role supports the successful execution and optimization of engineering projects at Regenerons Limerick site. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications. Enforce and promote health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with company and statutory requirements. Foster a proactive safety culture by identifying and addressing unsafe behaviours or defects. Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and project teams. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present regular reports on site performance and progress. Review technical drawings to ensure construction works align with design specifications and quality standards. Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, preferably in the biopharma or life sciences sector. Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
