Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Arnotts Dublin.
As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions will include achieving sales goals, delivering brow services, supporting team success, promoting events, handling administration, and maintaining hygiene and appearance standards.
Responsibilities
Sales Goals - Achieve individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, connect with customers, and demonstrate products.
Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
Teamwork - Help all team members to ensure counters and business needs are met.
Promotions and Special Events - Support in-store or external events and charity events.
Administration - Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with counter manager administration where necessary.
Hygiene and Housekeeping - Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
Dynamic, enthusiastic
Passion for make-up and retail
Result-oriented, who enjoys a challenge
Desire to provide a unique customer experience
Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods
Minimum 6 months retail experience
