Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled KYC Specialist to join our organization in Dublin City Centre. This individual will be responsible for conducting the operation of completing KYC Onboarding/Periodic processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate information/documentation collected for completeness, adequacy and accuracy.
  • Evaluate documentation for fitness of purpose and alignment with internal and external requirements, focusing on registration, regulation, management, ownership and KYB.
  • Investigate and assess matches for Negative News and Politically Exposed Persons, determining materiality and preparing detailed rationale for sign-off when necessary.
  • Escalate any issues arising during the On-boarding/Periodic Reviews processes to the Team Leader and act in accordance with their instructions.
Role Requirements
  • Be risk aware, understanding the associated risks and mitigating them where possible.
  • Ensure procedures are up-to-date and regularly reviewed against existing processes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in KYC or AML roles.
