Job Specification: Full-time/Part time Solicitor Location: County Mayo About the Firm My client is a modern, progressive, and expanding legal practice based in Swinford, County Mayo. The firm is committed to delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, including both private individuals and commercial entities. Key Responsibilities: Successful candidates will be expected to: Demonstrate experience in one or more core areas of general practice, including: Property (Commercial and Domestic) Probate and Will Drafting Litigation Mental Health Law (Assisted Decision Making) Commercial Contracts Work independently and take initiative in managing client matters Provide client-focused legal services Manage a large and varied client portfolio Maintain high attention to detail and comply with the firms ISO standards Use legal case management systems effectively (currently using PracticeEvolve) Collaborate effectively within a team environment Adapt to changing workloads and priorities Confidently manage clients and caseloads independently Candidate Requirements Qualified solicitor or experienced legal executive Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Commitment to professional standards and client service Terms & Benefits Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience and expertise Positions: Permanent and temporary roles available Additional: Generous commission structure Benefits: Paid Holidays Performance Bonus
