Responsibilities As a key member of the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for: Responding to machine breakdowns and performing preventative maintenance Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on PLC-controlled systems Supporting production teams to meet performance targets Participating in continuous improvement and equipment upgrades Maintaining accurate records in the CMMS system Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards Mentoring junior technicians and apprentices Criteria To thrive in this role, you'll need: A relevant trade qualification (Electrician or Fitter) 3+ years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills Familiarity with high-speed automation and PLC systems A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills Flexibility to work 12.5-hour shifts across days, evenings, and nights Rewards This role comes with a generous package including: Up to €70,000 including shift premium Generous pension scheme Health insurance contributions Paid maternity/paternity leave Attractive overtime rates Generous annual leave entitlement Employee Assistance Programme Structured training plan and career progression opportunities Ready to Power Up Your Career?
