This role is responsible for operations for the Warehouse and Weigh and Dispense areas at the Lilly Limerick site. Reporting to the role are operations teams from the warehouse, operations teams from the weigh and dispense area and technical experts that support business processes and unit operations in both areas.Raw Material Sampling to meet Quality Control Requirements. Ensuring compliance to the Lilly safety standards and well-being of employees is a cornerstone of the role. **Additional Skills/ Preferences****Business Knowledge:** High performance in delivery of their work. Demonstrated ability to collate required information and ask the appropriate questions of peers to get to the best solution.**Educational Qualifications/ Experience Required**Minimum of (8) years’ experience in manufacturing, preferred in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries. Experience with integrated business process flows, driven by SAP applications, in a manufacturing facility.
