Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Analyst with a strong financial background in the fund and asset management industry to join our Change Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing data and then working with other parts of the Carne business to co-ordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives.
What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Analyst, preferably in a financial setting with a focus on fund management, asset management, and related industries.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Understanding of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Knowledge of financial metrics, such as return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR).
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
What is your role and responsibilities?
- Collect and analyse business data, preparing business requirements documents and reporting.
- Partner with the Project Manager and work alongside to deliver project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand the business requirements and priorities within the asset management industry and fund management industries.
- Work in collaboration with different teams to gather and document requirements, processes, data and recommendations.
- Partner with other departments to devise business strategies and operational plans, across a variety of sectors.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify avenues for growth and development.
- Provide insights and make recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
- Liaise with the IT department to ensure that systems and processes are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Translate the business requirements into technology requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and suggest modifications to enhance overall performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be a good team player, helping out when needed.
