We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join our client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a range of high-profile commercial and residential projects across Ireland. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce accurate engineering drawings and/or BIM models for various projects.

- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, consultants, local authorities, and clients.

- Attend on-site inspections, client meetings, and project reviews.

- Prepare detailed inspection reports and compile project compliance documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma or certificate in a relevant discipline.

- 4+ years of postgraduate experience in a design consultancy working on commercial, housing, or apartment developments.

- Strong detailing experience in building projects, including masonry, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and timber.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT.

- Familiarity with Irish Building Regulations and Building Control Amendment Regulations (essential).

- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong time management and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage resources efficiently and deliver high-quality outputs.
