This role will possess excellent knowledge of software quality principles, methods, and tools.Major Activities:The position will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:* Designs, develops, and maintains detailed test specifications, plans, and Testing web, mobile and desktop applications.* Conducts manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms to validate usability, performance, and reliability.* Implements and maintains automated test suites using tools such as Cypress, contributing to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.* Participates in the full testing lifecycle, including test design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.* Drives quality assurance practices within cross-functional teams, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.* Maintains disciplined documentation and tracking of defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams.* Re-testing defect fixes and regression testing.* Develops, documents, and enforces quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.* Collaborates with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives and meet operational objectives.Position requirements: The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is a self-motivated, highly organized and disciplined individual who will have the following skills and experience:* Degree in computer science with 5+ years experience in manual software testing.* ISTQB (or equivalent) Foundation Level certification is desirable but not essential.* Experience in test case development and execution is essential.* Clear understanding of software development lifecycle.* SQL experience is essential.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI.* Test Automation experience an advantage (Cypress).* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.* Ability to interpret user requirements, detailed technical and functional specs and ability to apply this information to plan, develop and execute test cases and scripts.* Proactive, willingness to take the initiative and assume responsibility where necessary.**What we offer:*** We believe in progress with**purpose.*** Innovative technology* A record of sustainable growth,* Investment in diversifying lines of business* We support your **growth.*** Career development opportunities* Education support* We care about**people.*** Competitive salary and benefits package* Hybrid work schedule* Recognition programsHelp us build the next generation of registries with your innovation and technology skills.
