Our client, a specialist law firm based in Dublin City is looking for a capable property solicitor with 0-2 years PQE in residential and commercial property. For more information, call Cormac Spencer on 01 845 4651

Salary: to €90k

Total Package: Up to €120k

Position Overview
Candidates must have experience in Property (PQE or experience as a trainee). The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions and will play an integral role in ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.

Conduct thorough title investigations, including reviewing planning searches, title deeds, and mortgage documentation.

Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

Utilize case management and financial systems to maintain accurate records and meet compliance obligations.

Advise clients on Stamp Duty regulations and taxation implications in property transactions.

Ensure the efficient and timely progression of all matters, meeting both client and regulatory deadlines.

Key Requirements

Experience in conveyancing, with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.

Strong knowledge of property law, including Stamp Duty regulations and tax implications in property transactions.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Solid work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to quickly develop rapport with clients.

Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with excellent academic credentials.

Must be currently qualified to practice law in Ireland.
