Overview

Opportunity for a Turnover Lead to join the Life Science team in Dublin.

Reporting to the Regional Director/Regional MEP Lead, the Turnover Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating all turnover activities within the project lifecycle.

This role ensures seamless transition from construction to commissioning and final handover to operations, maintaining compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a structured turnover plan, including systems and subsystems division.
2. Manage and coordinate turnover packages, ensuring all documentation, punch lists, and quality records are complete and accurate.
3. Oversee the process of turnover from construction to commissioning, including system handover walkdowns.
4. Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, quality assurance, commissioning teams, and client representatives to ensure alignment on turnover requirements and milestones.
5. Act as the primary liaison between project teams and client representatives during turnover activities.
6. Ensure all turnover documentation, including inspection records, test results, and punch list items, are properly compiled, reviewed, and approved.
7. Drive the resolution of punch list items to ensure readiness for system handover.
8. Maintain turnover logs, status reports, and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders.

Experience

1. Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience.
2. Experience in turnover, construction, or commissioning roles within large-scale industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects.
3. Proven experience in managing system turnovers and handovers.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
