Group Treasury Manager – Leading PLC
We are partnering with a leading PLC to hire an experienced Treasury professional to join its well-established Group Treasury team. This is a high-impact role, working closely with senior leadership and business units, while overseeing the daily activities of treasury specialists.
The position is ideally suited to a qualified accountant with extensive treasury management experience and a proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the provision and presentation of Group Treasury budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Board.
Oversee treasury-related accounting and disclosures for both internal and external reporting.
Develop and deliver insightful performance metrics.
Provide treasury services and advisory support to Business Units across liquidity management, financial risk management, and world-class banking platforms.
Enhance policies and procedures to support growth within a robust control environment.
Support acquisitions, integrations, disposals, and other Corporate Finance activities.
Partner with Group functions including Commodity Risk Management and Internal Audit.
Mentor and develop treasury team members, fostering professional growth.
Build and maintain strong external relationships with auditors and banking partners, identifying opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Provide support and cover across the wider treasury remit as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Qualified Accountant (or equivalent) with extensive treasury management expertise.
Strong financial administration skills and attention to detail.
Excellent IT proficiency, with the ability to leverage systems and automation effectively.
