About Your New Role as a Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Offaly. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report on any variances.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work.

What Skills You Need as a Site Manager:

- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
- Relevant degree or diploma in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
