Senior Accelerated Growth Consultant, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Ability to communicate in English and Norwegian fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment. Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth. Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment. Excellent investigative skills. About the job Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users. Responsibilities Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA. Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams. Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
