The GoCar General Operative supports the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained, serviced, and ready for customer rental. Reporting to the Station Fleet Manager, the agent is responsible for inspecting vehicles, moving cars, minor body repairs, maintaining GoCar technology and other adhoc duties as instructed by your line manager Benefits: Competitive Salary Starting twenty two holidays, increasing with length of service Medical refund scheme Enhanced statutory sick pay 1.5% employer matched Pension scheme Enhanced Maternity and Paternity benefits Access to Hubex benefits and discounts platform Life Assurance x2 basic salary Employee Assistance Programme Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Voluntary flu vaccination voucher Bike to Work Scheme Your Responsibilities: Vehicle maintenance and repair process to ensure vehicle down time is minimised Be aware of daily requirements and complete workload in a timely manner Cleaning of vehicles both internal and external ensuring quality throughout Complete fleet safety and maintenance checks Follow required processes to ensure fleet records are accurate and reliable Ensure the highest level of attention to the security of company fleet and assets. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
