Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team in our Country Life Stores in Wexford This role will see the successful candidate providing cover across all our branches in the Wexford area – including Clonroche, Kilmuckridge, Bunclody & Taghmon. The responsibilities of this role will extend to counter sales and covering the yard and other ad hoc requests from the relevant branch manager on the day. Collaboration, flexibility & customer focused are just some of the values we are looking for in our new hire

Key Responsibilities

Customer focused by providing top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service at all times

Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service and advice

Interest in and understanding of our product range and services

Ensure that the shop, yard and work environment are clean and well maintained at all times

Ability to work in the shop and store yard as and when needed

Key Requirements

Retail experience preferable with an interest in Agri sector

A friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and ambition to deliver beyond customers’ expectation

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent teamwork skills as well ability to work on own initiative

Ability to multitask and to consistently deliver high standard quality work in a busy environment

Desired Skills

Ideally have an agricultural or farming background (desirable)

A forklift licence is desirable
