Personal Lines Customer Service Executive – Limerick

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at the forefront of insurance in Limerick City, Co Dublin. The position is available for an immediate start.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound sales, customer service calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Setting up new client accounts and verifying customer documentation.
- Updating customer information in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to follow up on leads.
- Providing excellent customer service while generating sales.
- Overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Managing renewals and processing them.
Candidate Requirements:
- APA or CIP qualification.
- CPD aligned with Minimum Competency requirements.
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a similar role.
- Passion and drive to work within the insurance industry.
