The Role – Electrical Site Supervisor

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of electrical site works, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with Project Managers to oversee all site-related activities from project start-up to close-out.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning construction programmes and coordinating site set-up.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and quality workmanship.
- Manage daily site operations, including productivity, HSEQ, and people management.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between trades.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
- Ensure quality standards are met with zero snags at handover.

What You Need to Succeed

- Recognised electrical apprenticeship or trade cert with 5+ years of site supervision experience.
- Proven track record managing electrical site works in large, complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ requirements and site safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with clients.
- Ability to manage schedules, address challenges, and ensure top-quality delivery.
- IOSH, NEBOSH certifications (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
