Your Role

As an Optical Assistant, you'll work closely with our experienced opticians and other store staff to provide a high-quality service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with eye tests and dispensing spectacles and contact lenses
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to your manager
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous optical experience (ideally as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
