Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Professional to join our team. As a key member of our pest control team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

You will service our client base to a high standard, providing expert opinion and guidance on all aspects of pest control. Accurate reports must be completed on every call to ensure the client is fully informed of our actions.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A full clean driving licence and enthusiasm for engaging with customers are also essential.

About the Role:

  • Service and maintain a high level of satisfaction among your client base.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on pest control matters.
  • Prepare accurate reports after each call to keep customers informed.
  • Provide a comprehensive solution to customer pest control needs.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times through cleanliness and presentation.

Your Skills:

  • Full clean driving licence.
  • No phobias regarding heights or pests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize workload.
  • Enthusiasm for interacting with customers, smiling, greeting, and identifying opportunities for new business growth.
