We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Quality and Process Improvement Associate.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for an analytical and creative individual who can adapt to new environments and challenges. As a key member of our Global Fund Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the change, risk, and quality management capabilities of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and Analysis: Produce high-quality management reports for Global Funds Operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- CORPORATE REQUESTS: Manage corporate requests, including intercompany, outsourcing, and risk assessments, to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Audit Support: Track departmental audit findings and provide assistance to operational teams in the risk mitigation process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Participate in assessing the impact of regulatory changes in collaboration with dedicated business areas.
- MIFID Reporting: Review and resolve MIFID reporting errors related to business processes.
- Business Continuity: Assist in coordinating and reviewing Departmental Business Continuity Plans.
- Incident Tracking: Monitor departmental claims and operational incidents.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with company standards by reviewing and approving corporate documents (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures).
- Priority Projects: Engage in priority projects, working independently or collaboratively with teams and SME groups.
