**Executive Chef Opportunity in Donegal**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef to lead our busy kitchen operation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, and driving innovation across multiple F&B outlets.Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Chef in a restaurant or busy bar environment, with strong leadership and organisational skills. You will be passionate about great food, have excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures, and a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver consistent high standards
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure all systems run smoothly
  • Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus that enhance the guest experience
  • Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently
  • Uphold the highest food hygiene and health & safety standards
