We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your store.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and objectives
- Manage and motivate a high-performing store team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of shop floor presentation
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times and that inventory is managed efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, management)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior retail management role, preferably with experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A starting salary of €49,500 rising to €58,500 after 3 years
- 20 days' holiday per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
