  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in social care (placement experience accepted)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with young people in a residential setting
  • Registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU
  • A CORU-approved Social Care Worker qualification and evidence of application for registration
  • Eligibility for registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU
  • Requisite knowledge and ability for proper discharge of duties
