The Role: Inside Solution Consultant

This is a hands-on technical consulting role where you'll deliver and position solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives for an assigned territory.

  1. You'll assist Digital Sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery.
  2. You'll participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers.
  3. You'll provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners.
  4. You'll demonstrate our product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.
  5. You'll generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environments.
  6. You'll scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
  7. You'll respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
  8. You'll stay current on product developments/releases to a level required for demos and POCs/POVs.
  9. You'll support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
  10. You'll stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between our company and its competitors.
  11. You'll understand business and technical problems addressed by our products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security.
  12. In conjunction with Sales and Professional Services, you'll conduct transition briefings – communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for deployment.
  13. You'll act as our ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
