Nurse Care Manager

As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-registration experience and possess excellent clinical and professional managerial ability, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Provide professional and clinical leadership in all aspects of nursing care
- Act as a positive and accountable role model in providing direct patient care
- Establish and maintain caring and therapeutic interpersonal relationships with individuals, clients, groups, and communities
- Ensure confidentiality on all matters
- Maintain excellent standards of clinical nursing care through regular monitoring and audit
