We are seeking a customer-centric professional to excel in a dynamic role as a Customer Support Specialist.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and supporting stock management processes.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, approachable, and helpful manner.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Ensure accurate stock counts and manage inventory effectively.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
We provide a competitive salary structure, ensuring pay equity across all positions. Our benefits include:
- A starting hourly rate of €14.80, increasing to €16.90 after 3 years.
- Unsocial hours worked (12am to 7am).
- Flexiwage, enabling you to split your monthly pay over the month.
