Sustainability Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Climate Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Sustainability Team, you will play a pivotal role in helping deliver our company's vision for sustainability and reporting compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report performance against company-wide climate, noise, waste, energy, and water key performance indicators.
- Analyze and forecast current and future greenhouse gas emissions performance, mitigation options, and carbon pricing scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, including Emissions Trading Schemes and CORSIA, by coordinating data and information at a corporate level.
- Collaborate with external auditors and consultants as necessary to meet compliance obligations.
- Contribute to annual Group Sustainability Disclosure Reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant or circa 3-5 years working experience in a finance-related role.
- Proven ability to analyze statistical data with confidence, including database management skills – Excel based.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English.
