Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our organization. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems, ensuring high standards of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with directors to oversee and supervise the installation of building systems
  • Specify and establish maintenance and operating procedures for building systems
  • Manage project spend to ensure work stays within budget
  • Work with detailed diagrams, plans, and drawings, and use CAD software to design systems
  • Liaise with other professionals, such as structural engineers, builders, surveyors, and in-house project teams
  • Attend project and technical meetings to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure that all design and maintenance work complies with legislative requirements and health and safety standards
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a related industry
  • Previous experience in the HVAC or construction industry is highly desirable
  • Capable of converting written and verbal instructions into accurate 2D/3D drawings
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of using their own initiative
  • A strong problem solver, with the ability to generate practical solutions to complex challenges
