We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Kerry.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for process weekly payroll for 50+ employees, prepare payroll and related management reports as required, maintain and update records in Payroll and Time Management systems, ensure full compliance with Irish tax and employment legislation, provide support to the accounts department, including data entry and purchase order processing, and carry out general office administration, reception/telephone duties, and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue systems
  • IPASS qualification
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with strong proficiency in Excel
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to identify and implement solutions effectively
