Corporate and Transactions Leader

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client assignments and providing expert advice on corporate transactions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive success. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client assignments and provide expert advice on corporate transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and the wider organisation.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified.
  • Proven post-qualification experience of working in a tax department of large practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to identify opportunities for clients.
  • Approachable and respected member of the team who takes a proactive interest in the team's performance and wellbeing.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and the team.
