We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. That's why we're seeking a highly-motivated Senior Early Interventionist to join our team in North Tipperary.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work within a family centred model, supporting families in identifying and implementing outcomes that are important to them and their children. They will also have the skills and knowledge to provide services as part of an interdisciplinary team, meeting the identified and emerging needs of children and young people and their families who attend the Children's Disability Network Team(s).

Job Description:

  • Provide services as part of an interdisciplinary team to meet the identified and emerging needs of children and young people and their families.
  • Work within a family centred model to support families in identifying and implementing outcomes that are important to them and their children.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience working in the early intervention context with at least 3 of those years directly working with children with disability and complex needs.
  • Possess a third level qualification in Early Childhood Education/Child Development/RNID/Pediatric nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Social Work or other relevant discipline.
