We re seeking a Customer Experience Expert to drive user satisfaction through process improvement and problem solving. As part of our team, you ll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with buyers and sellers in a customer-centric manner

  • Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, and shipments in a timely and professional manner

  • Become an expert in our product and processes to drive positive outcomes for users

  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve open questions

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services

  • Weekend availability required

  • Fluency in English and French, with an understanding of the French Market

  • Familiarity with Ecommerce and Marketplace operations

  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom

  • A strong customer obsession and proactive problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor s degree preferred

  • Previous start-up experience is a plus
