About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a professional Electrician to maintain electrical equipment and power distribution throughout our various plants.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHE regulations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in performing maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical equipment.
  • Able to establish procedures to identify and rectify electrical problems.
  • Skilled in installing and maintaining power controls on plant equipment and machinery.
  • Proficient in installing and maintaining plant and building lighting.
  • Able to conduct wire connections to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
  • Experienced in repairing electrical faults in quarry plant, machinery, and lorries.
  • Capable of conducting work area inspections and basic mechanical activities.
  • Able to maintain documentation and organize work tasks effectively.
Key Requirements

We require candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • FETAC Level 6 Electrical Trade Qualification.
  • Experience working in an industrial setting.
  • Experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of ELV and LV systems.
  • Proficiency in cable installation, glanding, termination, and testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work safely in an active environment.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Knowledge of mechanical components of pumps and motors is desirable but not essential.
