Job Requirements

The European Tax Manager is responsible for managing tax compliance across our European entities. This role involves working closely with our Director, Global Tax, and external tax advisors to implement tax planning strategies.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in tax compliance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience with VAT compliance, transfer pricing in complex global companies, and public accounting.

Essential Duties
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT and income tax returns for European entities.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns and related analysis.
  • Collaborate with our finance and operations teams to gather and analyze data required for transfer pricing calculations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director, Global Tax on the status of tax compliance and planning initiatives.
  • Support the Director, Global Tax on tax audits and inquiries from regulatory agencies.
