About the Role:As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in our various areas, including Wilde's Restaurant and Quay Bar.
- You will warmly welcome guests to the restaurant, ensuring that your voice, manner and behaviour portrays a warm, welcoming and friendly demeanour at all times.
In addition, you will ensure prompt and professional Food & Beverage Service to our guests at all times, setting up and clearing tables to the correct standards. You will also assist supervisors and managers on food & beverage service when required.
Requirements:- Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for this position.
- Familiarity with wine knowledge is desirable.
- A background in restaurant or fine dining experience would be advantageous.
- The ideal candidate should be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle busy situations effectively are must-haves.
- A friendly, bubbly and flexible attitude is vital for this role.
