We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a long-established company, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities- Achieve business targets for life, pension, and investment services by providing exceptional customer experiences and solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to identify and prioritise their financial planning needs.
- Build and nurture both internal and external relationships to grow the financial solutions business.
- Maintain high standards in professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Take responsibility for personal and professional development by proactively improving sales, technical skills, and industry knowledge.
- Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Recognised qualifications such as QFA or CFP.
- Proven ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions for investments, life, and pensions.
- Strong self-starter with a high level of energy and initiative.
- Sales experience, either with intermediaries or direct to the public.
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems.
