Technical Professional - Aseptic Fill Finish

This position is based in a state of the art pharmaceutical facility, located on the west coast of Ireland. The area is renowned for its picturesque landscapes and Irish culture.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Aseptic Fill Finish Technical Specialist to join our cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of aseptic fill finish manufacturing processes and equipment commissioning. They will be responsible for single use design, qualification, and standardization across multiple sites. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers to maintain good relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
* Author process flow diagrams for new product introductions and technology transfers
* Align PFD between products and standardize for NPI
* Technical SME for investigations, process improvements, and monitoring of process efficiency
* Author gap assessments, facility fit studies, process safety and risk assessments for NPI
* Scientific reports and technical documentation and presentations to document and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
* Third level degree in Chemical Engineering or Bioprocess Engineering
* Experience in biopharmaceutical industry
* Biologics experience with at scale manufacturing in fill finish facility in a technical role
* Experience with new product introductions / technology transfers to fill finish manufacturing facility
* Experience in single use technology
* Experience in isolator technology
* Experience in SAP/Trackwise
