- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable, and concise user stories, ensuring that each user story provides value and is testable.
- Break down large and complex projects into smaller, manageable pieces that can be executed within Agile sprints.
- Ensure that user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and are ready for the development team to implement.
- Proven track record in delivering large complex projects to Production.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment, with deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Solid experience writing high-quality user stories and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry-specific regulations.
