Independent Retail Stock Counter


Job Description:

We are seeking experienced stock counters to join our team. As a retail stock counter, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stock counting using handheld scanners.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You will be working on various retail customer sites and stores, with travel varying depending on the shift. Certain locations offer free minibus transport.

In this role, you will be standing for prolonged periods, and occasional use of ladders or steps may be necessary to reach high stock.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling stock and a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.

A good understanding of the English language is essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in your work.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Detailed oriented and able to count accurately using a handheld scanner.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work long shifts and flexible with regards to start times.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally use ladders or steps to reach high stock.
