Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join one of our on-site teams in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and managing numerous projects at our client site.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Develop and implement an appropriate project execution strategy
- Plan, execute, and track project progress through design phases
- Ensure key deliverables meet client standards
- Establish project objectives and ensure goals and timelines are achieved
- Build effective communication between the team, clients, and stakeholders
- Report project/schedule/cost issues to management
- Maintain adherence to client quality and engineering standards
- Monitor compliance to applicable practices, policies, and specifications
- Perform overall quality control of work
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of project experience with a 3rd level degree in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical preferred)
- Pharmaceutical project experience
- Full lifecycle project management skills
- Cost control and scheduling expertise
- Experience delivering projects within a GMP environment
- A thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards
