About the Role
  • Manage banking, payments processing, and lending operations, as well as marketing for the credit union.
  • Lead and support a team of 4 members in various areas, including lending, member services, payment processing, and membership on-boarding.
  • Liaise with the outsourced Marketing Service Provider to deliver the marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for ensuring underwriting excellence, compliance with credit policies, and adherence to AML and other policies. Your experience in credit union operations and leadership skills will enable you to drive business growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.
