Job Description

The Renewal Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory. They collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure every renewal, minimizing financial losses, negotiating favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and providing insights to enhance future outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic negotiation plans for contract renewals that maximize value while maintaining customer trust
  • Maximize account growth opportunities by working with the account team and identifying incremental opportunities upon contract renewal
  • Collaborate with internal resources to develop comprehensive strategies for renewals
  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management and commercial capabilities to drive renewal to timely closure

The Renewal Manager ensures customers are set up for success while maximizing financial results. They must have a strategic mindset to enable persuasive value conversations with customers at an executive level.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in Sales, Operations, or Account Management
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and organizational policies
