Main Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, repair, and maintain HVAC controls systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Deliver projects nationwide to meet customer expectations and site-specific requirements.
- Produce timely and accurate engineers' reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Provide engineering support, handle callouts, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain processes and procedures according to industry standards and contract requirements.
- Adhere to site rules and Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Generate own work while being client-focused to deliver exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management to facilitate collaboration and coordination.
- Continuously seek to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction through ongoing learning and development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Educated to electrically qualified level with extensive experience in HVAC controls systems.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC control system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with relevant software to support efficient workflow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
