About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Design Manager to join our team at the Europlan Group. The appointed individual will be responsible for taking the project from concept to hand over to site, working closely with our program management team members to prepare, deliver, and provide back up to their report. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in engineering design management to drive innovation, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-value engineering projects.

Key Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design management, specifically within Oil & Gas, Construction, and Renewable Energy industries.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering software and design tools relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, health & safety standards, and environmental considerations within engineering design.
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
