As Electrical Power Systems Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of switchgear and substations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

You will work closely with the client team, consultant team, and contractors to manage snagging activities, identify issues related to electrical power systems, and implement effective solutions.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Proven experience as a Project Manager on data centre or large-scale industrial projects, with specific expertise in electrical power systems.

Recognised project management professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or actively working towards one.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related construction discipline, or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of electrical power infrastructure, including HV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, and substation design.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to present technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
