Job Description:

As a site manager with CSR Construction, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

This includes setting out from engineer's drawings, conducting site surveys, reading and interpreting drawings for layouts, materials, and measurements.

You will also be responsible for managing subcontractors and the general workforce on site, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest health and safety standards.

Maintenance of site records, including site diaries, concrete cube registers, and records of deliveries, is also an essential aspect of the job.

In addition, you will be responsible for ordering and controlling materials on site.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in engineering, preferably with a degree or diploma in a relevant field.

Experience working on construction sites, either as part of a work placement or a permanent role, is essential.

You should also have strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and be self-motivated to deliver on safety, quality, and programme targets.

A full driving license is also required for this role.
