Our client, a reputable healthcare provider, seeks an experienced Payroll Associate to join their team in Loughrea.

This is an ideal role for a highly motivated individual who can work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly payrolls for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Weekly Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll calculations, including gross pay, tax deductions, and net pay for a diverse range of clients.
  2. Revenue Returns: Process Revenue returns, guaranteeing timely submission and minimizing any potential penalties.
  3. Bank Payments: Manage bank payments, ensuring seamless execution and accurate reconciliation.
  4. Clients' Queries: Provide prompt assistance to clients regarding their payrolls, resolving any queries or concerns they may have.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all payroll transactions, adhering to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management skills, enabling the candidate to consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • IPASS Certification is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, allowing effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.
  • High level of initiative, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, to drive results and ensure excellence in every aspect of the job.
