Process Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our process development initiatives. This key position involves active participation in multiple projects focused on the development, automation, and testing of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust, high-yield manufacturing processes that ensure consistent product quality through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Optimize equipment and process technologies to support the successful transfer of reliable, efficient processes into full-scale production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to drive innovation and design new medical devices from concept through validation and into commercialization.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronic, Production, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical device industry with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated leadership qualities.
