Senior Project Manager

The role of a Project Coordination Professional encompasses overall responsibility for the strategic planning, management, and delivery of assigned projects.
- Active participation in the tendering process involves input into the development of project programs, methodologies, and quality submissions.
- Ensure that safety inspections are implemented and manage health, safety, and welfare responsibilities as outlined in our organizational policy.
- Responsible for all pre-construction management, including formal discharge of pre-commencement planning conditions and obtaining relevant licenses from local authorities.
- Develop a risk register with mitigation measures identified and implemented during various stages of the project.
- Collaborate to develop contract programs, construction programs, and methodology with the assistance of a contract planner.
- Issue appropriate contractual notifications to either sub-contractors or the contract administrator when works are delayed or have the potential to be delayed.
- Complete the formal appointments of Temporary Works Coordinator, Temporary Works Designers, and Temporary Works Supervisors.
The Project Coordination Professional will be the primary point of contact for all post-completion issues, ensuring timely and efficient response to any defects or other matters raised by the client after practical completion.
